Magazine Front Cover - Model Needed?

After researching the conventions of a Gossip Magazine, I've found that the front cover usually has a large picture of a celebrity pictured onto it. Due to copyright, I don't think I can use a picture of a celebrity I've found on the internet to put onto my magazine front cover, however, today in my Media lesson I'll ask my teacher if this is accessible. I'm pretty sure it isn't, and so have been thinking of an idea to get around this problem.
I'm currently looking for a model for my magazine front cover. As I'm in sixth form, the model will most probably go to sixth form with me, but I need the model to look like a celebrity, and therefore older than they are. Cal was in  my Media group last year, he looks older than he is and is happy to have his photo taken and be a model for my magazine front cover. As I'm not sure if I can use a picture from the internet, using Cal will be an option. As he's in my Media, we can use a lesson to take the photo, the location I'd like to use is a Drama room as there are different lighting effects and the walls are clear, so can be used as a good back drop.
I will update this to say whether I can use a celebrity picture or use Cal as a model. If I have to use Cal I'll upload the final pictures and pictures of the location to this too.
